By playing Nukkad to Nation you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What is the game?
The game is a simulation. Its leagues, teams, players, governing bodies and results are fictional. Any resemblance of a generated player or team name to a real person or organisation is a coincidence, and nothing in the game is endorsed by any cricket board, league or player.
What am I responsible for with my account?
You can sign in with a Google account. Keep your account secure, because you are responsible for activity on it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the game or its online services, for example by tampering with the leaderboard or uploading unlawful content.
Can I upload my own crests and kits?
Yes. You may upload your own crest and kit images for teams in your saves. Only upload images you have the right to use. They are stored inside your save files and only you can see them. Please do not upload logos or artwork that belong to others.
Is the game always available?
We work to keep the game and its online services running, but we provide them “as is”, without guarantees. Features may change over time. Keep exported copies of saves you care about: you can download them from the Save page at any time.
What is your liability?
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Can these terms change?
We may update these terms as the game grows. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the game.
